Complaint rules

/1/ In case of a complaint you have to show the papers which were given to you as a customer (invoice, receipt).
/2/ The notification about the complaint of the goods needs to be in written form and handed over altogether with the goods. You need to state all the damages and malfunctions and their consequences. You also need to put down the right (privilege) that you want to enforce.
/3/ If you find out that the amount or type of goods on the invoice does not match with the sold one it is your duty to let us know in written form in three working days. Otherwise the complaint will not be accepted. If we accept the complaint you have the right to demand the compensation – we can deliver what is missing or exchange for the goods you demanded.
/4/ The justifiability of every single complaint and the examination of all the damages or breakdowns will be considered by an answerable expert of the seller. If the customer does not agree with the decision of the expert he has the right to inform the owner of the company (in written form).
/5/ In case of an exchange of the goods on the ground of a complaint the expenses connected with the transport of the goods to the company are paid by the customer and the transport-expenses to the customer are paid by the company when the complaint is acknowledged.
/6/ In case of a rightful complaint the procedure goes as follows:
- The goods is repaired in 30 days tops from the day of an acceptance of the company.
- If the object of the complaint has not been used the company is allowed to exchange the goods for the new one. If the object has been used the company can exchange this goods for a flawless one, which wear and superannuation corresponds to the damaged goods.

If the flaw or damage can be repaired and it is the third same repair in a row and it is keeping the subject of the contract from daily use, the customer has either the right to exchange the goods for the flawless one or to withdraw the contract.
- If the flaw or damage cannot be repaired but does not keep the goods from daily use the customer has the right to get a discount. If the flaw or damage cannot be repaired and keeps it from daily use the customer has the right to exchange the goods for another one, which wear and superannuation corresponds to the damaged goods.
/7/ Withdrawing of the contract is only possible when both sides (the customer and the company) together do not agree on anything else. In case of a withdrawal of the contract the customer has the right to demand the amount of money reduced of wear and other possible modifications or changes. Damaged, uncompleted or worn down goods is not possible to return.
/8/ The seller has the right to demand the compensation of service and organizational expenses connected with manipulation and testing in the amount of 20 EUR (including VAT) if:

The goods is sent to the company without the papers (invoice, etc.)
- While testing there is no damage or flaw discovered and the goods is declared as flawless.
- The guarantee is already expired.
- The damage or the flaw was caused by bad manipulation (jar, sand, water, etc.) or bad interference made by non-specialist. If the expenses transcend the amount of 150 crowns these expenses will be over-invoiced to the customer.
/9/ The customer is not allowed to change applied complaint claim if not agreed from both sides.
/10/ Rights and duties connected with flaws or damages of the goods in the guarantee period will expire after this period if these rights and duties were not enforced till the end of the guarantee period using the verifiable form – written form.
/11/ The guarantee period starts with the day of acceptance of the goods. In case of an exchange of goods the guarantee period starts all over again – also with the day of acceptance. The guarantee period runs for two years if not determined otherwise.
/12/ The seller is not taking over the responsibility for damages caused by using the goods, functional qualities, unprofessional handling and damages caused by external phenomenon (storm, etc.) and incorrect manipulation.
